Are Web 2.0s Still Working in 2025 for SEO?

Hey guys,

I’ve been digging through old SEO strategies and came across Web 2.0 link building again.

Just wondering — is anyone still using Web 2.0s in 2025 and actually seeing results?
Like, do they still help with rankings, or is it just a waste of time now?

Would love to hear if:

• You still build them manually
• Use them as tier-2 or tier-3 links
• Or completely moved on from them

I’m not promoting anything, just curious how people here are approaching it today.
