Change GMB from Service Area to Physical Location, (without being flagged)?

I have a GMB that is currently service area and Id like to change it to a physical location/ pin on the map- the problem is that we dont actually have a physical office in the location where we want the business to show up.
Has anyone here succesfully done this and is there any workarounds to being able to do this without renting actual office space.
