How do I resell digital trading courses fast? Is it even legal? I have access to them and want to get rid of it

So years ago I bought a few courses and subscriptions from guys like Tom Sykes and a few other guys. Spent a small fortune on it. I need cash so I want to sell them to somebody. Is it legal? How to do it fast and safe? The information is so fragmented I can't find any answers online. Can anybody help? I don't even know where to search about it. I just wanna sell this.
