How Do You Actually Find Unique Admin-Owned Sites for Outreach? (Need Real Guidance)

Hey everyone,

Lately, I’ve noticed a lot of people saying things like “Don’t waste time on spammed sites find real admin-owned blogs and do outreach!”

That advice sounds great… but no one is really explaining how to do it.

I understand the concept find websites that aren’t already filled with paid guest posts, and build real relationships with the owners. But practically speaking:
  • How do you find these sites that are genuinely admin-controlled and not full of sponsored posts?
  • What tools or methods help with filtering out PBNs or resold guest post pages?
  • How do you reach out in a way that gets responses without sounding like a spammer?
  • Are there any signals that help confirm whether the site is safe and actually worth building a link from?
I’ve been working in guest posting and off-page SEO, but this specific skill finding "real, clean, and unique outreach targets" is something I want to get better at.

If anyone here is willing to share a process, guide, or even just a few tips, I’d truly appreciate it. Not asking for secrets, just honest direction so I can learn and do it the right way.

Thanks in advance!
