How Does One Begin an Informational Website in the Age of AI?

I am much too keen on writing about Hollywood, especially actors. Needless to say, I'll also be targeting informative intent keywords such as, who is xyz dating or what not. But with the advent of Zero Click Search thanks to Google's AI Mode, Ai Overview, and many other LLMs, how are you suppose to survive? I understand that you need to go beyond just TOFU, but frankly I don't see anything besides TOFU in this niche or am I missing something? How would you approach?
