I am looking for an ad network that doesn't care to verify my banner or anything else. Does such an ad network exist?
I remember watching a Jim Browning youtube video which showed a scam call center hosting their fake pop up ad on amazon s3. So which ad network allows you to do that? Because theoretically one could swap out there banner if they did that. But all ad networks I come across so far make you upload your banned they have it be approved by them.
