I am thinking to start an adult niche website. Is it still worth it?
Can someone clarify the below points I read somewhere in a post here:
1. Starting in the adult industry is not easy. 80% of adult websites die in 1 year, and you will make little money even to cover your losses...
2. To make some decent money on adults, you need at least 30.000 visitors per day, but most visitors on adults are from India/Pakistan, and for this type of traffic, you will get paid very little.
3. If you are lucky and you grow a website that size, you will add pop ads, which Google will not like, so you will start decreasing your traffic until you are done ...
4. I don't even want to start with DMCA; adult is full of DMCA; if one video grows, don't worry; other adult webmasters will come after you and DMCA your links as hell. (The competition for adult niche is very high)
5. I stopped adult websites for a long time, but if I were to start a new one, I would use WordPress with wp adult script/theme.
