Important Notes & Tips
Admin Role Required: Only a group admin can change the group name. Members and moderators will not see this option.
Frequency Limit: Facebook may limit how often you can change the group name to prevent abuse. If you've recently changed it, you might have to wait before changing it again.
Group Notification: When you change the name, Facebook will usually post an update in the group, notifying all members that the group name was updated.
Follow Facebook's Policies: The new name must comply with Facebook's Community Standards. It cannot include abusive language, be misleading, or represent someone else.
