Right now I typically export from my editor as an MP4 (H.264) file, but I’m not sure if that’s the ideal choice for Twitter or if I should be using different settings for bitrate, frame rate, or an alternate container like MOV. I also want to avoid heavy compression that ruins quality while staying under any upload caps.
